Vietnamese cuisine

* * * * *

Vietnamese cuisine has been influenced over the centuries by Chinese, French and Indian cuisine. But it includes its own distinctive blend of harmonious flavors, colors and textures. Our dishes are authentic, which is characterized by the preference for fresh herbs and the wrapping of small pieces of meat and vegetable in salat leaves or rice dishes.

Rice and noodle

* * * * *

The main ingredients of the Vietnamese cuisine are rice (which is also used for the production of noodles),   Coconut, ginger, garlic, chilies and fresh herbs. In Vietnam, a wide variety of fruits and vegetables are grown from exotic durians to strawberries, which are used wonderfully in sweet and salty dishes.

About AoDai

Traditional Vietnamese dishes have been combined with modern food to create a new taste experience. The Vietnamese cuisine includes a rich selection of ingredients as it is not only influenced by Asia, but by colonial rulers and also traded by Europe. In this way, not only croissants and coffee, but also many new spices will make their way to our cuisine. Thus, traditional have emerged in new variations and completely new dishes. We would like to continue this tradition of reinventing food in "Ao Dai". The new Vietnamese restaurant "Ao Dai" reflects the authentic food.

Sehr, sehr gut.
